We not only intend to provide the customers with our designed products shown in our portfolio, but are as interested in designing from scratch and creating the products or realizing the entire project interiors exactly as envisioned by our clients.

How to place an order

Once you select the product you like, for placing an order just click the ‘BUY THIS PRODUCT ’ icon and you’ll be directed to a page that requires you to provide details like your name, address, email, etc. along with a remarks column where you can state your requirement, if you need a customized version of the product shown in the portfolio. Once you provide the required details and select the name and code of the product from the drop down menu, send it and the details will be forwarded to our email. We’ll immediately respond to your request and according to the scope of the order will send you information regarding time to manufacture the product, mode of payment, delivery time etc.

If you want to consult for any other interior décor solution, kindly select ‘inquiry’ in the drop down menu and state your requirement. Our team will contact you and provide the necessary services.

The payment methods

For any product order, either from the portfolio or according to your customized requirements, we will request 50% of the sale price at the time of placing the order. You can send a cheque made to ‘Limited Editions’, transfer the amount by RTGS to our account (the details of which will be provided at the time) or deposit the said amount in the bank account provided. Once this is done, we’ll procure the selected materials and manufacture the product as decided. In the stipulated time, when the product is ready to be delivered, the customer will be informed in advance and the rest of the payment can be made in above mentioned manner or by cash (or by specified cards) to the company official delivering the product.

In case of consultation and turn key projects, the payment mode and timing will be agreed upon mutually, in accordance with the scope of the project.

For ordering a product from the portfolio, in different size or materials (customized to your requirements)
If the customer likes a certain product from our portfolio, but wants the same design in a different size or wants it in a different finish, or both, just mention it in the remarks column and after discussing the new specifications, checking the availability of the required materials and confirming with the client, we’ll offer a delivery time and a revised sale price. After the clients approval we’ll follow the routine procedure described before.
Changes that can be made in the products shown in the portfolio
If the customer wishes, we can manufacture any product shown in our portfolio in the size and finish (feasible and suitable to the design) desired by the client. For example, one can select any color of their choice for products having satin color as the finish. Similarly, we’ll be happy to provide photographs of other natural veneer suitable to the design in case of a piece finished by natural veneer. If a product is adorned in artificial leather (leatherette) in our portfolio and the client has a particular texture and tone of preference, just send us a photograph representing the same and we’ll do our best to find the artificial leather (leatherette) resembling the choice and the product can be finished using the same, after the clients approval.
To contact us for consultation regarding interior design of any scale
You can contact us (through icons provided for networking sites like email, facebook, twitter etc.) for designing and manufacturing a single product for your home or office, as well as to provide a comprehensive layout of an entire project and ultimately to realize the design at your site. After consultations and thoroughly understanding your requirements, we’ll be able to provide you with options for the desired scope of work. Once we narrow down the final design, we’ll be able to provide you with the details like time, price etc. which naturally will depend on the essence, location and scope of the project.
Product delivery time
For the products shown in our portfolio, after finalizing all the details, we’ll be able to deliver the selected product to your address in 20 to 25 days from receiving the order. For entirely new products or design, the delivery and installation time will be worked out mutually according to the location and scale of the project.
Extra transportation
We clearly state that all the prices mentioned for every product, do not include any transportation charges or any taxes related to transportation. The customer will have to pay these charges at the time of delivery. These charges will be decided based on the location of the address of delivery and the size of the product ordered. The customer will be informed in advance regarding the same and we’ll proceed with the order only after receiving confirmation from the customer.
Global shipping
At present we deliver our products and services in India. If any international customer shows any interest in our products, we’ll gladly inquire regarding the mode of transportation and charges for the same. We’ll love to ship globally.
No account and no need to register
We believe that the best results are achieved when the design process goes through give and take of ideas. Whether it is buying a product you see on our website or an entirely new design proposition, you don’t have to create an account, register or log in. Just by clicking the ‘BUY THIS PRODUCT’ icon near product specifications, you can easily contact us for any sort of purchase or consultation. You can also be in touch through the various social networking options available, by selecting the respective icon of your choice.
Order cancellation
Whether it is a purchase order for products shown in our portfolio or an order for a customized product, once the details regarding specifications, sizes, price, transportation and delivery time are discussed and approved by the client, under no circumstances will the order be cancelled. Also, we’ll commence the manufacturing of the said product only after receiving 50% of the mentioned sale price, in the manner described previously.
Return, refund and exchange.
As we provide top notch products crafted with the best available materials and do so after complete confirmation from the customer on all aspects from design to delivery, we have a strict no return, no refund and no exchange policy.
Warranty
We provide 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects only.
Complaints

We select the finest materials available and carry out inspections at every stage of production. Even before packing for delivery to the customer, a comprehensive survey of the product is done and it’s made sure that it doesn’t have any manufacturing defects. On receiving your order, we request that you check the product in front of the company official delivering it and accept it after thoroughly checking it in every aspect. If you find any defect in manufacturing, you can straight away point it to the official and if there’s a legitimate defect (damaged during transportation etc.) we’ll immediately take the product back and replace it with a new one as soon as possible. If you’re not able to inspect the product immediately, and find a manufacturing defect later on, we request you to send us an email describing the problem in detail, along with photographs within 24 hours of receiving the product. You will be contacted by our team. Any complaints at a later stage will not be entertained.

We procure raw materials for all the products from several sources. We take great care in selecting the materials that are routinely available in the market. But as our products are one of a kind, it may happen that certain elements would not be available again. In such case, the client will be informed in advance and will be given a selection of other suitable available elements. We’ll commence only after the satisfaction and approval of the client.

In several products, we use natural veneers. The term itself suggests that it is a natural product and will have a variation in tone and color for every batch. Similarly in materials like artificial leather (leatherette) etc. which we procure, there may be similar variation in manufacturing batches. We’ll not be responsible for the same.

In the same way we use natural wood for several of our products. We get it treated for termites and also get it seasoned for removing moisture, but as these processes are not done by us and some natural variations in wood due to climate changes are inevitable, we at Limited Editions will not be responsible for the same.

All the products are intended for indoor use only. The materials used like engineered wood i.e. MDF, veneers, etc. as well as the upholstery and artificial leather (leatherette) can be damaged by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture and temperature variations. Any damage done to the products due to such conditions will not be covered under the 1 year warranty provided by us.

Assembly and charges
Most of our products do not require assembly. If required for any product, it will be done by our trained officials at the time of delivery. Of course, there are no charges for the same.
Taxes
The sale prices mentioned for each of the products are inclusive of all taxes. The only extra payment to be made on the part of the customer is the transportation charge and any taxes related to transportation.
Product care
  • All the products available at Limited Editions are for indoor use only. Please avoid exposing the products to direct sunlight, dampness and temperature variations.
  • For solid surfaces, the best way for cleaning is to wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth and immediately follow with a soft dry cloth. In case of coffee tables, use of coasters is strongly suggested.
  • As the products are intended for interior use only, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and temperature variations may cause harm or fading of the respective finishes.
  • Humidity changes may make veneers and other finishes to warp or bend. Please take care not to expose the products to such conditions.
  • Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture and temperature variations can ruin artificial leather (leatherette). Kindly keep such products away from these conditions.
  • For artificial leather (leatherette) and fabric covered products, in case of spills, please dab at the spot gently with a clean cloth moistened with a mild cleaner (for upholstery). Do not rub the spot vigorously.
  • For artificial leather (leatherette) and upholstery clad furniture, we recommend regular dusting, wiping with a clean cloth and weekly vacuum cleaning.
  • Keep mirrors clean by wiping with a soft cloth moistened with a mild glass cleaning solution.
